We are happy to announce Michelle Runzler has joined Team DLRE! With over 20 personal moves the past 10 years, Michelle is back in her hometown of Santa Cruz. Married to a former San Francisco Giants player, she constantly moved around the country, and developed a passion for real estate. Prior to her real estate career, Michelle graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Psychology, and received her MA in Journalism from USC. She spent 7 years working in TV news covering everything from world events to Bay Area sports. Michelle’s home base is now in Soquel, with her husband, Dan, two kids, Ryan and Quinn, and her large Basset Hound named Wilbur. She is excited to help her clients find their own “Home Base” here in Santa Cruz⚾ Welcome Michelle!!

She knows Santa Cruz intimately, its nooks and crannies, and the hidden gems in up-and-coming neighborhoods. In addition to buying and listing homes all over Santa Cruz County, her real estate territory expands to Silicon Valley and San Benito County. Kim and her husband Al are active in the community and have raised 3 kids, and have 2 beautiful grandkids. We cannot wait to see all that you accomplish, Kim!

She has recently returned to Monterey Bay, after living in Orange County for six and a half years. Lauren grew up relocating every few years, and traveling the world; everywhere from Buenos Aires, Argentina to London, England!
