We are so excited to welcome Kim Hall to our Carmel-by-the-Sea Office! During her life, Kim has worked in many different areas. She started working at the age of 16, and has worked in Hospitality, Acupuncture, Law, and Real Estate! She attended University of California Santa Cruz and obtained a BA in Psychology, then later graduated from the Monterey College of Law. In her words, she loves creating win-win situations with respect, kindness and ultimate happiness for all parties involved!! We could not be happier to have her as an addition to the David Lyng Family.

We are happy to announce Michelle Runzler has joined Team DLRE! With over 20 personal moves the past 10 years, Michelle is back in her hometown of Santa Cruz. Married to a former San Francisco Giants player, she constantly moved around the country, and developed a passion for real estate. Prior to her real estate career, Michelle graduated from Occidental College with a BA in Psychology, and received her MA in Journalism from USC. She spent 7 years working in TV news covering everything from world events to Bay Area sports. Michelle’s home base is now in Soquel, with her husband, Dan, two kids, Ryan and Quinn, and her large Basset Hound named Wilbur. She is excited to help her clients find their own “Home Base” here in Santa Cruz⚾ Welcome Michelle!!

We are so thrilled to welcome Kim to the Pleasure Point office at David Lyng Real Estate! She is a full-time realtor with many years of experience. She knows Santa Cruz intimately, its nooks and crannies, and the hidden gems in up-and-coming neighborhoods. In addition to buying and listing homes all over Santa Cruz County, her real estate territory expands to Silicon Valley and San Benito County. Kim and her husband Al are active in the community and have raised 3 kids, and have 2 beautiful grandkids. We cannot wait to see all that you accomplish, Kim!

We are so excited to welcome Lauren Allen to David Lyng! Lauren will be working from our Carmel-by-the-Sea Office. She has recently returned to Monterey Bay, after living in Orange County for six and a half years. Lauren grew up relocating every few years, and traveling the world; everywhere from Buenos Aires, Argentina to London, England! Carmel has always been a home base for her throughout her life, and she is thrilled to be back. Please join us in welcoming her to the family – we’re so happy to have you here in Carmel, Lauren!
