Our journey together started long before real estate. We grew up in the same Monterey County neighborhood, attended the same high school, and even worked side by side in local bars in downtown Monterey. Years later, we both earned our real estate licenses at the same time and joined the same brokerage. Becoming a team felt like the most natural next step and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made.

Kami is energetic, outgoing, and deeply rooted in the community. As the owner of a beloved Watsonville restaurant, she’s built strong connections through hospitality, hard work, and a genuine love for the people she serves. She’s a natural relationship builder with a creative spark and an eye for opportunities. Kami is an active member of the Pajaro Valley Chamber of Commerce, serves as a Planning Commissioner Alternate for District 4, and is the Events Director for the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR). Her deep local knowledge, strong network, and passion for community allow her to offer clients a real estate experience rooted in trust, connection, and results.
Ashley is calm, organized, and detail-driven. Her background as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist has shaped her approach to real estate being focused, strategic, and client-centered. She excels at managing the many moving pieces of a transaction, ensuring nothing is missed and every step feels manageable. She’s also a proud WCR member and is often involved in giving back through volunteer efforts and community support initiatives.
