We love where we live; Let us share with you what we love about the many different areas in Santa Cruz
County. Some of the privileges of living in this community are walking along the cliffs and beaches, watching
whales, dolphins and sea otters. Susan has lived in Capitola and Holly has lived in Soquel for over thirty
years, we feel so fortunate.
We thoroughly enjoy being a Realtor, whether meeting new people or working with long time clients. We
feel it is very important to communicate the real estate process to our clients. We want to help you

kayaking, outrigger canoeing, many people just enjoy sitting on the sand at the beach. Let’s not forget the
beautiful mountains with hiking, biking, nature walks, ocean and river fishing. Did you know that there are
12 State Parks in Santa Cruz County? What is not to love? Art, museums, wineries, farmer’s markets and
the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.
