Johnathon Schot-Martins comes from a long line of entrepreneurs who owned businesses throughout the area and were known for serving the community with integrity and pride. He took a special interest in his grandfather’s business, Skyview Property Management, and he knew one day he might follow in his grandfather’s footsteps. As he grew up, Johnathon worked in the community to help his family’s businesses. During this time, he began to develop his strong negotiation skills and discovered his genuine love for serving others.
Johnathon carries on his family’s tradition of service as he supports the coastal community’s real estate needs. Being a native of Santa Cruz County, Johnathon has a strong knowledge of the area. As a private equity day trader in the stock market for the past five years, Johnathon is trained to stay in touch with the latest market trends to help his clients achieve their best financial outcomes. Johnathon brings that same ambition and professionalism into the real estate industry to serve homebuyers and sellers.
Johnathon is passionate about supporting causes he believes in. Over the years, he has helped to raise money through Traders4ACause and numerous fundraisers for Harbor High School, and he has organized beach cleanups with the Surfrider Foundation. Most recently, he volunteered at the local coronavirus vaccination clinic.
Johnathon loves the sense of freedom and exploration that comes from being out on the water in his boat and taking cross-country road trips. Typically, Johnathon can be found working on, riding, and racing motorcycles — it’s one of his favorite hobbies and where he developed his competitive edge and drive to perform.
