Looking back a year after we closed on the purchase of our home in Carmel, we are very pleased with our decision to work with Kelley Youmans and grateful for how her real estate passion and expertise has positively impacted our lives. When it came to selling in Scotts Valley, Kelley put us on the market and closed our sale quickly at a price that exceeded our expectations. We found a property in Carmel that checked all the boxes and this proved to be a challenging purchase due to the seller’s expectations.
