I moved to Santa Cruz from Brooklyn, New York in 1995 after falling in love with the area’s natural beauty and its unique blend of personalities, arts, and culture. I bought my first home in Seacliff Beach in 1996 and was soon drawn to real estate as a career. I’ve been with David Lyng Real Estate since 1999 and am proud to work with a locally owned, family-oriented company known for first-class presentation and service.
I don’t consider myself a salesperson. I’m a service provider who wears many hats. From consulting and planning, to overseeing home improvements, staging and marketing, managing risk, and negotiating skillfully, I do what needs to be done to serve my clients’ specific goals. I provide concierge-level support that goes well beyond the norm. In many ways, I’m a real estate matchmaker, connecting people not just with houses, but with the next chapter of their lives.
My professional specialties reflect the people and situations I’m most passionate about serving. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I help older adults and their families navigate downsizing and major life transitions with clarity and care. As a Santa Cruz County Pro (SCCP), I bring deep local knowledge and long-standing community connections to every transaction. As a Certified Probate & Trust Specialist (CPTS), I guide families through estate-related sales with patience, organization, and sensitivity. I’m also a Personal Safety Educator, and that awareness of risk, preparation, and protection shapes how I advise clients at every step.
My clients know I have their best interests at heart before, during, and long after the transaction closes. I’ve had the privilege of representing a wonderfully diverse group of people, many of them repeatedly over the years. One of the greatest honors of my career is being the “Family Realtor,” helping multiple generations and branches of the same family tree navigate life’s important transitions.
