I love the diversity of meeting new clients and building long lasting relationships that often turn to friendships in the process. I have great customer service skills and follow-through to see that you are well taken care of during the process of buying or selling your home. For buyers, I welcome those desiring the Coastal lifestyle and will take the time to get to know your needs and desires in a home, negotiate to get you the best possible deal and help ease your way through the buying process. On a Personal Note
As a child, I witnessed my family's work in the real estate industry with my father in construction management. I can relate with out-of-town buyers with being originally from the Central Valley (Fresno) and a graduate of Fresno State University. My husband, Mark Sarsfield, works also in the mortgage industry. We live in the Aptos area raising two boys and enjoy our two large breed dogs. I am passionate with helping at our local school as well as staying active with local running groups. If you ever are in need of information about local running trails, dog/cat services, or local community events, just ask!
