Soquel is another unincorporated Santa Cruz neighborhood but has its own mailing address and includes the zip code 95073. Soquel has a population of close to 10,000 and has an attractive town center located at the intersection of Porter Street and Soquel Drive and is known for its antique shops and river that flows through Capitola and out to the sea. Soquel is also well known for its country homes and being a desirable commute location since Soquel San Jose Road connects to Highway 17 via Summit Road. Soquel has many popular restaurants including Michael’s on Main, which has a patio overlooking the river, Carpos, Main Street Garden Café, and Café Cruz.
