Patrick’s extensive business background spans over 30 years. From a successful high-tech career in Silicon Valley to specializing in business development and sales strategy execution for tech and agriculture startups. Patrick has an innovative and collaborative approach to understanding his client’s true needs and objectives.
Patrick grew up on the east coast and is a graduate of Kutztown and Lehigh Universities with degrees in Business and Education. He is the father of two children and enjoys golf, pickleball, hiking, yoga, wine, friends, and traveling.

This staff spotlight goes to the dazzling Rosie Petruzzi! Rosie is such a joy to have around the office and makes everyone feel welcome. She always keeps us smiling and laughing. We appreciate her hard work so much!
〰️ What is your job at DLRE? I’m the Office Coordinator for the Pleasure Point Office! I’m the first smiling face you see when you come into our office. I’m in charge of maintaining a clean, cute and cozy office space. I’m here to help the agents with anything they need. From making flyers, coffee, or birthday cards to answering iPhone questions, posting on social media or just to chat.
〰️ Tell us about you! I was born and raised in Santa Cruz County. My husband, Roman is the owner of Rational Moving. We have the cutest fur baby, Mr. Cat. This past year my husband and I bought a house, we got married in South Lake Tahoe and got to attended 10 of our friends weddings.
〰️ Favorite hobbies? I love making Tiktoks, doing puzzles, reading books, and bowling. I also am a huge fan of all things Disney!
〰️ Favorite local hangout/eatery? Boardwalk Bowl, Humble Sea, Two doors
〰️ Tell us a “fun fact” about you! I have never broken a bone. I can say the alphabet backwards. I’m the oldest of 7 siblings. It is my dream to have twins!

〰️How long have you been in Real Estate? I enter real estate just before the .com crash and boy was it a ride…it made me feel like I could deal with anything after start in a downturn market.
〰️What’s your favorite thing about David Lyng Real Estate? Family, Friends, Integrity helpful and charitable.
〰️Any advice you would give to a new agent? Never give up, each day is a new day and new chance to make a difference in someone’s life!
〰️What do you like to do in your free time? Hike, Mountain Bike, family time with my amazing grandson Karson! I also love listening to live music it resets my soul.
〰️Who are your favorite people and why? My favorite people are my kids, my Mom, and my husband.
My kids to see how they navigate through life in these times makes me amazed and proud of them.
My Mom still owns her own business and drives from Palm Desert to Santa Cruz in one trip! I’m not allowed to share her age she would kill me. lol
I couldn’t do this amazing job I love without the support of my best friend and husband Chris.
〰️Where are your favorite places and why? Fallen Leaf Lake, we are Blessed to have a home there and it lets me unplug and reset.
〰️Favorite Local Eatery? Alderwood, family owned and I love steaks!

〰️Additional or interesting information about you: One thing you may not know about me is I was raised on a “huge” Dairy Farm and loved being a farm girl!
