Collette graduated from UCSC with a degree in Business Management Economics. She began her career as a public accountant for a Big Four accounting firm, and later honed her technical skills with a job at Plantronics. In her downtime when Collette isn’t taking or teaching a yoga class, you will find her whipping up the latest health food recipe for her husband and three lively children. We are excited to announce Andrea Carter has joined David Lyng! Andrea was born into the real estate, title and escrow business. Her family founded Santa Cruz Title in 1978, and over the years, grew it to eight offices and 150 employees. She has also worked for Stewart Title and Old Republic Title Co. in Santa Cruz County. She is a proud wife and mother, and is also a Mobile Notary business owner in Santa Cruz County. Andrea is going to be such a great addition to David Lyng and we couldn’t be happier to welcome her! His education includes extensive training on real estate contracts and standards. Some certified industry designations he has received are the elite Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and the CLHMS – Million Dollar Guild, an impressive performance portion of the course. Jim grew up in the Pleasure Point area of Santa Cruz. As an adult he has resided in Live Oak, West Santa Cruz, Pleasure Point, Rio Del Mar, Corralitos, and Watsonville.
